Terms of Service

Plain English terms for a free tool. Using HolidayGrid means you agree to the points below.

Using HolidayGrid

HolidayGrid is free to use, with no account or sign up required. You can browse the calendars for personal or commercial planning. Do not scrape the site aggressively, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

What HolidayGrid provides

HolidayGrid lists national public holidays by country and year, generated from the open source date-holidays dataset. Dates are provided for planning and reference. Holiday rules can change on short notice, and some countries confirm certain dates only shortly before the year begins, so always confirm official dates with a local government source before booking travel or signing contracts.

No warranty

HolidayGrid is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It is not guaranteed to be error free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use your own judgment before relying on any date for something important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HolidayGrid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its calendars.

Advertising

HolidayGrid may display ads from third-party advertising partners on some or all pages. Ads and how they use cookies are covered in the privacy policy. Using the site means accepting that ads may appear alongside the calendars.

Intellectual property

The HolidayGrid name, design and code belong to its operator. The underlying holiday data comes from the open source date-holidays project; the presentation, calendars and site design are HolidayGrid's own work.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use HolidayGrid after a change means you accept the updated terms. If this page changes in a meaningful way, the date at the top will change with it.
